  1. The hardest part of the business model is creating the product or service
at a cost that will allow us to make a profit not figuring out the
different ways to sell it. The cow exercise is a great example on how to
breakdown the frame of reference for a product to increase price but not a
    real business model example.

  2. Nice work on your presentation, could you please share with me the name of
the type of paper that you use when presenting the 3 levels model, small
green papers that seem to stick to to the white paper…?

  3. This is going to help me a lot in my entrepreneurship journey ..
Thank you so much for sharing this kind of information. .
    Love you

  4. Hey Christian, excellent work but mate any non cow example or a talk? I am
looking to inspire 300 people that innovation is just a little tiny stretch
    away.

  5. Listen carefully and hear this being said: “Strategy needs to be a
portfolio of businesses … of business models …” after invoking ‘The End
of Competitive Advantage’. Wow, so if you need to build your next
competitive advantage, you need a new business model? Sometimes you might,
but using this false axiom in supporting this non-strategic 9-boxes
Business Model Canvas (BMC), is just a ‘smoke and mirrors’ trick. The rest
is just concept reshuffling, as the Three Levels of Business Models are
just a vertical-layers re-positioning of the Cow-Dog-Star quadrants of the
BCG Matrix. The same eye-catching superficiality of the BMC, pushed one
step further, exactly as they did it with the Value Proposition Design.
