  1. Do you want to start your own business? What if I showed you a way to “simulate” what it’s like? 1 (out of the 5) of my tips is to create/organize an event.

  2. I’ve started this process through consulting – this is where my idea came from. I’m looking to talk with other entrepreneurs (thanks for the earlier call and feedback, Dan) to bounce ideas off of. The idea is moving slowly, but going ahead. I have some plans in the works for this year to share my idea within my industry and hopefully look for co-founder(s)/partners. See where things go from here…

  3. Dan, great video! Never thought about it that way.
I tend to think working at your day job meant that you’re in the comfort zone.
Btw, how come you haven’t done as many Scopes recently?

  4. Dan, its really helpful Video at perfect timing of my life. The story of Marcus might be turning point for me. Thanks Dan You are damn Awesome !! Tons of thanks you are really doing very great Job.

  5. Love the content in this video…this needs to be shared more for sure! Love the first tip of organizing an event the most. Never thought of that as something to consider in the beginning.

  6. The one i most need to implement right now is understanding that i dont need to know everything. The reasurrance that i will learn more by doing is what i took away from this video at this point and time… (because im bound to take away different things at different times as its needful)

  7. Awesome tips! Any advice on getting consulting clients other than cold outreach? I’m not in a city and can’t really do an event in person. Could potentially do that online. I’m able to offer web design/PPC services and have an expert who’s ready to help but lost 4 potential leads – working day and night to close a deal. Would referrals be better than cold at volume? Would expanding segments of different potential customers help? Really wanting to get things off the ground!

  8. Dan, I have organized a huge event (2000visitors at age 17) and I loved the thrill and excitement. So Tip No. 1 I will execute again.
Now Tip No 2: I have a degree in industrial psychology from te University of Bern, Switzerland and a Diploma in Direct Marketing. I have no idea how to go about moving into the Consulting Industry. I loce the idea of working with business owners to better their situation. But I suffer from the imposter syndrom and a lack of experience in sales and product development. How can I strategically go out and find customers for whom I can create value?
    Warmest,
    Ben

  9. “After generating millions of dollars online, I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. And for a very long time I struggled with the techie stuff that come with most clicks trackers …

No matter where you get your traffic, this is a MUST HAVE tool.”

  10. I have watched your videos for along time ago. They are pretty helpfull, I came back to hear some again because I’m really struggling acquiring new clients. I started as a SaaS company, but I decided to take a step back and make the service by it self to analyze better my audience. I’m still pretty short on those results. I have a consulting agency for small business, the strategy is to make free consulting but it haven’t worked.
any advice will be pretty good. I love to talk to you at the phone. Gracias
